Based at our company site in Rheinberg, Germany, we are currently searching for a





  • Support in daily breeding activities of our Annuals assortment with strong involvement in project-based work
  • Documentation and maintenance of  trial data in our breeding information system followed by data analyses
  • Organization  and execution of crossing/pollination programs
  • Coordination of  the shipment of trial materials
  • Preparation, administration and performance of disease tests



  • Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture (or comparable educational background), ideally with focus on breeding of ornamental plants
  • Previous professional experience within floriculture sector would be an asset
  • Fluency in English both written and oral, preferably with German/Dutch knowledge
  • Proficient user skills in MS Office, particularly in Excel
  • Enthusiasm for horticulture business, well-structured way of working and high level of accuracy, creative and proactive approach, team player mindset.
